About the treatment
Epigenetics describes the chemical marks that switch your genes on and off. Unlike your genes themselves, these marks change with your lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition and environment, and they shift in predictable ways as you age.
Epigenetic tests read those marks to estimate your biological age and pace of ageing. The real value is in tracking: repeating the test shows whether the changes you are making are moving you in the right direction.
- An estimate of your biological age
- Your current pace of ageing
- A baseline to measure your longevity plan against

Questions
Can biological age be improved?
Epigenetic markers respond to lifestyle, which is why they are useful for tracking. Your plan and retesting show what is working for you.
How often should I test?
Usually no more than every 6 to 12 months, so there is time for real change to show.
